Representing Whistleblowers

Kitzer Rochel represents whistleblowers under state and federal law. “Whistleblower” is a term that simply means somebody who has reported a concern to an employer or a third party, or someone who has participated in a third party investigation. There is a complex system of laws that protect employees who engage in this type of conduct, and our firm focuses on these types of claims.

Federal and state laws also provide substantial rewards to whistleblowers who provide information that leads to government recoupment and prevents future fraud against the government.
